A fast-growth ecommerce scale-up business is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Modeller for a short-term project, expected to run for around 3 weeks initially, with the possibility of extension.

The business operates across an omnichannel environment and requires immediate support to rebuild and improve its financial forecasting models. This is a hands-on modelling assignment requiring someone who can work quickly, independently and with a high degree of technical accuracy.

The key focus will be on building robust forecasting models across balance sheet and cash flow, rather than purely P&L. The role would suit an experienced finance modeller, FP&A contractor, corporate finance professional, transaction services specialist or interim consultant with strong integrated modelling experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Rebuilding and improving financial forecasting models
• Developing balance sheet and cash flow forecasting capability
• Supporting an omnichannel ecommerce business with improved financial visibility
• Building models that are robust, flexible and easy for the team to use
• Working at pace with senior finance stakeholders
• Providing short-term support to a busy finance team during a critical period

You will have strong financial modelling experience and be comfortable building integrated models from scratch. Experience across ecommerce, retail, consumer, inventory, working capital or fast-growth businesses would be highly relevant.

You must be immediately available or available at very short notice.
