A prestigious luxury hospitality group is recruiting for a newly created FP&A Manager role. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering commercial analysis and actionable insights to the leadership team. This position will be central to driving performance across the group by measuring KPIs, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities, and providing clear recommendations.
You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and maintaining the group’s financial model. Additionally, you will lead the development of a best-in-class FP&A function, implementing BI visualization tools and ensuring their effective adoption across the business. The role includes overseeing short- and long-term cash flow forecasting, identifying improvements, and working alongside the Finance Director and Financial Controller to coordinate and deliver the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes. You will deliver monthly sales and payroll analysis, weekly flash reports, and daily performance snapshots for each site.
This is a hands-on role that will involve significant ad hoc project work, including providing commercial and financial analysis for new acquisitions and supporting onboarding processes post-acquisition. Moreover, you will collaborate on key strategic projects, including oversight of the new site pipeline alongside the CEO and Group Finance Director, to maximize future business value.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong understanding of the multi-site hospitality environment and excellent commercial acumen. You will possess the ability to see the bigger picture while being prepared to delve into the details when required. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Experience in introducing and leveraging data visualization tools to enhance business decision-making will also be highly valued.
