The Role
Our client, a global organisation undergoing significant business and systems transformation, is seeking an experienced Transformation Program Director / Global Process Lead to lead the evolution of their NetSuite platform and the introduction of additional enterprise tools across the business.
This role will play a critical part in shaping global processes, driving standardization, and ensuring technology enables scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global transformation program focused on NetSuite development and process optimization.
- Act as the global process owner for key end-to-end business processes.
- Define and deliver the NetSuite roadmap, including enhancements, integrations, and future-state design.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of complementary digital tools (e.g. reporting, planning, automation, integration platforms).
- Manage internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish strong governance, program controls, and executive-level reporting.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across regions.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or global transformation programs.
- Strong NetSuite experience, ideally in multi-entity / multi-country environments.
- Deep understanding of Finance and Operations processes (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R).
- Experience integrating ERP platforms with broader technology ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder and executive level.
- Structured, delivery-focused, and commercially minded.
