CFO

A very successful PE backed technology business based in Central London recruiting a CFO reporting to the CEO.

The CFO role will have a broad and varied responsibilities. This role will involve the CFO driving financial operations, budgeting, audit, cashflow, production of financial statements and reports, monitoring and maintaining internal controls. You will demonstrate the ability to deliver insightful reporting and analysis to guide commercial decision making and drive performance. You will work with senior colleagues in the business, including various ad hoc strategic projects. The CFO will deputise for the CEO when they are away. This is a global role and you would have ideally worked in a global role before.

The successful CFO candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) and show ability to lead and build a finance function. The successful candidate will ideally come from a PE or VC back ground and has successfully prepared the business for a series B and has been on a growth journey.

The role will be hybird working. This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits.
