A highly successful and well known Entertainments Company are recruiting a Finance Business Partner. My client is very successful and have a highly impressive brand in the sector who are hiring a Finance Business Partner.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing accurate, insightful and timely financial reporting and analysis. You will drive and spearhead the improvements in budget & financial forecasting processes. As the finance business partner, you will need to have ability and confidence present reports to stakeholders with insights as well as developing relationships across finance and non-finance. You will also craft monthly reporting packs with impactful communication, ensuring clear transmission of budgets to operational heads for a captivating performance of regular, accurate reporting. Proactively monitor data, analysing KPI trends, and decoding challenges will be high on your list to succeed in this role.

The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and commercial environment, as well as having the credibility to interact with finance and non-finance.

The Finance Business Partner will be offered a strong basic salary, bonus, and benefits. It will be based in London with hybrid working.
