Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

A PE backed International hospitality business is recruiting a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis reporting into the CFO. Our client has grown exponentially over the last five years and has a significant appetite for continued growth, both organically and by acquisition.

The successful candidate will run the day to day FPA and Commercial finance including group planning; reporting and analysis; budgeting and forecasting but also will support decision making across the organisation developing the strategy for this function to flourish. Reporting into the CFO role you will own the financial operating model and work closely with the business and senior stakeholders to turn data into meaningful forecasts. You will oversee the budgeting cycle, periodic reporting, and cash flow planning, while providing valuable commercial insight to help drive performance. This role will manage a small team too. This is an exciting opportunity to also be involved in the company strategy, business cases for growth and M&A activities.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded with strong FP&A experience who will want to succeed in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and smart operator with strong financial modelling skills and ability to work effectively in a multi-site business. This is a senior role with a great platform for progression . You will work closely with senior leadership and non-finance teams, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad, strategic role with real influence.

This role will be paying a strong basic salary, bonus and benefits package.
