An exciting fast-growing PE backed Technology Manufacturing business is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager reporting to the Director of FP&A. The company is extremely well funded, with impressive backers and board who are in high growth as they continue their journey and are currently capitalising on an exciting niche in the market.
The Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities, providing key insights and recommendations to drive the company's financial performance and strategy. You will collaborate closely with finance and business colleagues to provide accurate financial forecasts, budgeting, and performance tracking. The key responsibilities will be to manage the FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting, provide insightful analysis and trend forecasts to support management decision-making. The role will require you to develop and maintain financial models to assist in strategic planning and evaluation whilst monitoring and interpreting KPIs to ensure financial performance targets are met. Strong communication is required as you will business partnering support for Corporate functions and Operations whilst managing and developing a team of 3 finance analyst.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be highly numerate; highly organised and prepared to use initiative and challenge existing process. Naturally, you will be confident with the ability to build key relationships.
This role is looking to pay £90,000 - £100,000 plus bonus & benefits. Hybrid working 1 or 2 days in the office.
