A FTSE-listed property group is seeking a high-calibre Senior Financial Accountant to join its Group Reporting team. This is a key role within a high-calibre finance function, offering broad technical exposure within a complex and dynamic listed environment. In this role, you will:

• Support group financial reporting across consolidations, monthly reporting and statutory cycles
• Work closely with Treasury, FP&A, Capital Markets and Tax, gaining broad cross-functional exposure
• Take ownership of monthly debt, interest, and financial instrument reporting
• Prepare consolidated cashflow statements for both Group and Joint Ventures
• Support covenant calculations and key financial metrics used by the business
• Contribute analysis and insight for senior leadership and results presentations
• Manage key interactions with external auditors and support subsidiary statutory accounts
• Act as a trusted contact point for stakeholders across the wider finance team
• Provide informal coaching, guidance and oversight to junior team members

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally with a strong technical grounding from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm. While experience with complex group structures, financial instruments or cash and debt reporting would be advantageous. Strong IFRS knowledge, analytical ability, and advanced Excel skills will be important, as will confidence producing clear, high-quality reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders. You should be comfortable working to multiple deadlines, balancing detailed work with broader strategic insight, and operating proactively in a fast-paced environment.
