An exciting fast-growing Private Equity Multisite business is looking for a Head of Group FP&A to join the commercial team. This is a key role in the UK Commercial Finance team, supporting the Group Finance Director. Your main responsibilities and skillsets will be:
  • Oversee annual budgeting, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Have experience of Multi currency Consolidation
  • Develop strategies to support growth, profitability, and efficiency goals.
  • Lead analysis of financial results, comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
  • Manage and mentor the FP&A team (Direct reports)
  • Ensure collaboration with business units and senior management.
  • Develop and deliver clear financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, board members, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Drive automation and enhancements in financial processes, tools, and systems.
  • Standardize reporting and planning methods for consistency.

This role requires an individual of has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, analytical mindset and strong communication skills to stakeholder management. The  candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is looking to pay £110,000 - £120,000 plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working with 2 days in the office.
