An exciting fast-growing transportation business is recruiting for a Head of Finance. This is role will report directly to the Group Finance Director. Our client is looking for a driven, adaptable and enthusiastic individual to join their expanding company.
The Head of Finance role with report to the Group Finance Director and manage a team of 4. The role will involve business partnering to heads of businesses, whilst understanding business drivers and KPIs, providing cost analysis, and build business cases for new initiatives. You will need good experience and understanding within monthly reporting / closing / financial control. The head of finance will be analytically strong who has a finance lens to all functions of the business, directly influencing decisions. You will also be responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and relevant management information across the group, including a critical review and interpretation of results whilst overseeing the group consolidation and submission to the parent company.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). They are looking for someone who has also worked in a fast-paced finance environment. Having experience working within transportation is required.
This role will be paying a strong basic salary and benefits package. This business is based in London with hybrid working.
