An exciting fast-growing PE backed Software business is hiring a Head of Finance reporting to the CFO. The company is extremely well funded, with impressive backers and board who are in high growth as they continue their journey and are currently capitalising on an exciting niche in the market.
They have an exciting new role for a Head of Finance to report directly into the CFO and manage a team of 11 with 3 direct reports across 8 legal entities. You will have the responsibility to manage, support and coach to maintain a positive culture. You will oversee and work with AP, statutory accounts and the audit team making key decisions. You will manage monthly, quarterly and annual management accounting processes including variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations. The Head of Finance will build and scale the finance department and its processes, making an impact on the strategic direction of the business and helping them scale globally.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced finance environment and looking to take control of the finance accounts. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with effective communication skills, both written and verbal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone.
This role is looking to pay £90,000 to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working hours is encouraged and welcomed though the offices and will be required 2/3 days in the office.
