Our client is a fast growing well known Technology Company with an excellent brand. The business have gone though a significant period expansion and are leaders in the sector generating a turnover of £300 million. They are seeking to hire a Group Financial Reporting Manager to report into the Chief Corporate Officer.

The Group Financial Reporting Manager will report directly into the Chief Corporate Officer and work closely with the CFO. You will focus on managing and driving the monthly consolidation, reconciliation and prepare monthly reports and key analysis for the management accounts. The role requires you to collaborate with underlying local finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, supporting the teams in all related tasks. You will also prepare the Group financial statements under IFRS and assist in the group audit process, acting as the main point of contact on any financial reporting queries. You will need to lead on ad hoc financial reporting projects for various internal and external stakeholders’ needs. Experience with SOX controls would be desirable.
