Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst £60 – 65,000 plus bonus and benefits Global Luxury Retail Brand Central London (hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded qualified accountant to join the FP&A function of a globally recognised luxury retail brand. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers strong exposure across international markets and senior stakeholders, supporting global financial planning, performance analysis and investment appraisal activity. This is a high-visibility role suited to an analytically strong, detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop within a premium consumer environment. You will work closely with the FP&A leadership team and partner with finance and non-finance colleagues across multiple international regions. The position combines financial planning, performance analysis and involvement in strategic investment proposals. You will responsible for:
Consolidate global budgets, forecasts and rolling outlooks
Review international cash flow submissions and strengthen global forecasting accuracy
Prepare senior stakeholder reporting packs
Manage timely and accurate P&L and Balance Sheet forecast uploads
Deliver monthly variable cost and cash flow analysis to drive insight and decision-making
Support and challenge investment proposals, including store lease renewals
Coordinate elements of the real estate approval process
Contribute to quarterly real estate reviews and ad hoc store performance / impairment analysis
We are seeking a high-calibre finance professional with strong analytical capability and the confidence to operate in a cross-functional, international environment. You will have a solid finance foundation, ideally be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent), and bring prior FP&A experience within a large retail, consumer or luxury business. Strong Excel skills are essential, alongside a sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with senior stakeholders across geographies. A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a genuine desire to learn and develop within a premium global brand environment are key to success in this role.
