Our client is a highly successful Real Estate business who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will report into the CFO.
The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the finance function. You will be responsible for day to day finance. As the Finance Manager you will manage the month-end close process, monthly consolidation and lead on the preparation of quarterly KPI Dashboards and management accounts. You will also need to prepare annual budgets and excel based tax packs for the external tax accountants. You will also review global balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy. You will also work with senior and non-finance stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and streamlining of all key finance and accounting processes. Naturally, due to the nature of this role you will be involved in various ad hoc projects and pieces of analysis. You will be driving collaboration across the finance function and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial information.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA). They are looking for someone who has also worked in a fast-paced finance environment. Having excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to building effective relationships and a passion for coaching and developing your team to achieve business excellence will be sought after.
This role is based in Central London (Zone 1) and paying strong basic salary plus bonus and benefits. The company operates a hybrid working model.
