Commercial Finance Manager

An exciting fast growing Consumer business is hiring for a Commercial Finance Manager. The company has established itself now with 100+ sites and are growing double digit YoY in both turnover and EBITDA. They are looking to grow their business even further and as such are growing their commercial finance team. The Commercial Finance Manager will be reporting to the CFO.

As the Commercial Finance Manager, this will be a purely commercial role. You will have a breadth across commercial finance and business partnering senior leaders across the business. Your responsibilities will range from Finance business partnering with non-finance; developing business insight with Data and Analytics through sophisticated systems; FPA such as budgeting/forecasting, Planning & analysis. The role will also be working on strategic growth projects and business case work in new openings to drive performance and profitability. The CFO is hiring this role for you to be an effective business partner to the busines and especially non-finance. This role will report to a highly regarded CFO in the business who has a strong track record of achievement and is very grounded, engaging and personable.

You will be someone with experience in a fast-paced finance environment. The business requires a competent and diligent person who is commercially aware and can make key decisions that will impact on the business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with effective communication skills. Naturally, you will be confident with the ability to build key relationships.

This Commercial Finance Manager role is offering a strong salary with bonus and benefits. The role is based in Central London (zone 1) but with Hybrid and flexible WFH.
