This role is to work on an interim basis during the transition process of a global shared service centre to Budapest.
Therefore, the role will be based in Budapest circa 4 days per week with the rest of the time working from home. In this role you will define, document, transition and perform the processes in order to build effective budgetting and forecasting for the region.
You will ensure the accuracy of reported actual revenue, and to report on variance analysis to the CFO and Senior Leadership team. You will work around streamlining P&L analysis and financial analysis for each market. You will work across the business and develop and improve processes for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive effective business results. You will lead the development of macros, standard templates and standard reports. You will ensure that processes and systems are working accordingly and deliver accurate financial data and reporting in a timely manner. You will assist with the preparation processes for the Long Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan. You will analyse revenue trends and update management as to any risks or opportunities vsforecasted revenues. You will provide various ad hoc analysis and support during this busy and complicated period.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with FP&A, Management Reporting, Controlling and Revenue experience. You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to cut through complexity in a complex matrix environment. You will have fluent English Language skills, be prepared to work in Budapest and travel frequently and start straight away.
The role is paying a strong day rate plus travel expenses.
